CODM Community
Privacy policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
CODM Community is a fan-run Call of Duty: Mobile community site for teams, tournaments, scrims and tactics. It is not made by or connected to Activision or TiMi Studios.
What we collect
- Your account: email, display name and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- If you sign in with Google or Discord: that account's ID, name and verified email. We never see your Google or Discord password and ask for no other access.
- Your game profile: in-game name and UID, and the screenshots you upload as proof.
- Team, roster, match, scrim and tournament data you or your captains enter.
- Optional: phone number, social links, a Discord user ID for team pings.
- The IP address and country you sign up and sign in from, used to enforce region-locked competitions and to spot duplicate accounts.
- If you turn on browser notifications: the push address your browser gives us.
How we use it
- To run your account, your team and the competitions you enter.
- To keep competitions fair: region checks, duplicate account alerts and an audit log of results and admin actions.
- To send you notices on the site and, if you allow it, browser notifications.
- Screenshots you upload may be read by an AI service (Google Gemini or DeepSeek) to fill in names, UIDs and scores. They are sent only for that read.
We don't sell your data or show ads. Public pages show what a community site needs: team names, player names, IGNs, results and rankings.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting provider, which runs the site and its database.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks sign-ups for bots.
- Google and Discord, only when you choose to sign in with them.
- The AI services above, only for screenshots.
Keeping and removing it
We keep your data while your account exists. Ask us (contact below) from your account's email to have your account and personal data deleted. Match results stay on record with your name removed.
Cookies
One sign-in cookie, a short-lived cookie during Google or Discord sign-in, and your theme choice. No tracking cookies.
Questions or a deletion request: message a community admin. See also the terms of use.
